I have years to do at work, a self for my two of my position. I would like to Input on the best way to answer some questions about the manner. I have 12 questions strengths chalange Growth & Development Tasks and career interest for personal satisfaction Biggest Goals Only a couple of good examples is to everything I ask. I would suggest a look at the "Interview" Monster Section – you are not applying for a new job, but want to "sell" I hope you a raise, right? It is impossible, you face challenges or projects you have done, say. But you want opportunities, you have had measurable stress effects on the Company. If you think someone like you can not help it save money or landed a new customer, then concentrate on the great work with the rest of your team.
