What personal development plan template are you seeking?

After all, a personal development plan template is a good idea for turning direction you hold into a reality into the world.

Before you look for a template, perhaps you should consider why you are looking for a template to begin with. Are you looking for one to "fix" a plan that isn't working? That will only support a position of problem solving and a perception that something that is broken. It's a position of limitation- what isn't working.  By it's very nature it will never work in any way other than giving you a sense of longing that will never be fulfilled. If you are focused on solving a problem the focus is on the problem.

However... perhaps aware of how you are when you operate from a position of utter possibility. Like that perfect moment you had when you were speaking in front of a group of people, or jogging, or swimming or playing music... whatever that is that puts you in the experience of being "in the zone" when it's effortless and all the work is a singularity in one direction. Then of course, your plan will move you in a direction that expands that, to where there is no longing, only an inevitability you are that has simply not made it's appearance ... yet.
